We love this place. Miles of beautiful beach right on your doorstep. Common areas newly renovated and beautifully done. All the amenities you could want. We like 922. Clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. If you are looking for a place to make special memories this is definitely the place to stay.
Have been coming here for years and so glad they are back open after repairs as a result of hurricane Ian and are even better than before! The location cannot be beat ... right on one of the nicest beaches I have seen. We regularly see dolphins too! If you are not a beach person, the pool and pool deck (with great views) are a great option with a hot tub. I’ve been coming down to Island Winds for 30+ years - it’s a home away from home and a little slice of paradise. From the gorgeous Gulf water, to the pool deck, to the boat cruises and Thursday tiki hut parties. Spending your vacation at Island Winds is filled with sun, fun and great community.
Office lady was very rude!!!
Absolutely wonderful stay! The property is beautiful and very clean. The staff was friendly and meticulous with the details. Randy was great and quick to respond to a minor issue we had with the dryer.Melissa was great as well with info we needed. Both were also so warm and had so many suggestions on where to go and restaurants to visit. The beach was gorgeous too. Coming back next year.
