Steering an suspension centering and checking for loose bolts or any other things..... Paid $332 to center my steering rack and check all bolts. They told me: "Go do your professional alignment now, and if any problem, come back we will help you." The Heartbreak: I go to the tire place for the alignment. They are the ones who find the problem! They tell me my outer tie rods are swapped backward. I had a great experience with Island Wide Towing. They responded faster than I expected and kept me updated on their arrival time. It's hard to fin a towing company you can trust, but Island Wide Towing definitely earned my confidence.
Picked up call on first ring and was quick to get into action for the tows. Also allowed me to catch a ride back with them from Honokaa to Hilo and to the repair shop. Very reasonable on pricing.
