I would not recommend this facility for a simple blood test. Although my doctor and the receptionists are very good and patient, the sign in procedure is cumbersome and unsanitary to say the least. There is one terminal on the front desk at which all patients must sign in, a very time consuming procedure. One of the steps is to press your palm against the screen. Really?? I left one star only because there was no option for no stars. I have been seen regularly by this practice, for many years. I have asthma and have a recurring prescription for Advair. I recently had an insurance change, I called the office to notify them of this change and they advised me they did not accept this insurance. As I was familiar with many of my previous doctors not accepting this new insurance, I had begun to work out private pay scenarios. I am very satisfied with the service and advice I receive from my doctor Gregory Spisak for which I give him five stars. But I also have a complaint. On June 29th.Wednesday morning I was in lot of pain due to severe diarrhea.
