From the jump, Lisa has been the best. She was always quick to call or text back, and super informative along the way. The team just installed vertical honeycomb shades for our sliding doors, and we couldn't be happier with how they look and work. We can't wait to get our plantation shutters installed!
Needed parts for my shutters. Wasn’t sure who installed them. Called Island Way Shutters since they were nearby. They said they didn’t install them but were happy to help me get the part I needed. The part I needed probably cost $5-10. They had these delivered to me the next day no charge. They went out of their way to help me. They Definitely value customers so give them a try

Gotta say that Lisa and her team, especially Kenny go above and beyond! I absolutely love my motorized sunshades on the back porch. The price was right and the warranty even better. Lisa and team quickly came out to measure (it was SO hot) and the shades came in quickly. I believe they are made in Florida. We had to replace many of our blinds due to mold. The owner responded immediately to our request. She came out herself to measure. ( did not send a third party). She was effecient, caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and very competent. She came with a lot of samples and was able to meet all of our needs. The quality of her products is outstanding. The experience was above and beyond expectations. I would refer Lisa to anyone.
