This is the best rental experience I've ever had! The owner, Allison, was always communicative with me- despite our continually changing plans. She was friendly and warm, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best rental experience possible. We rented a skiff for two weeks. I was nervous about finding a boat that fit the Great Pond requirements as everybody was booked but Allison worked with me to finalize the booking, even holding the boat for us, free of charge, until we'd finalized our plans. Unreliable boats from unaccomodating owner. Our three small families with adult children rented a beautiful house on the pond. Three kayaks and a skiff were delivered as promised. When several of us attempted to take a ride the next morning, the motor on the skiff couldn't be started. When we called Alice, the owner, several suggestions were given to remedy the problem, none of which worked. A second call was made and a voicemail left, but we never got a return call.
