I was referred here, spoke to the Dr. Alpern on the phone for two minutes, just for him to tell me that he’d call me back once he reviewed imaging done by my doctor. That was in early March. Nobody ever called me back. Received a bill for $50 in the mail. If you can, go somewhere else.

Waited one hour to receive the scheduled consult; still waiting. Called their office, no one answers. Will ask the VA to find another service and suggest they read the reviews and remove this service from their list.

Is this practice closed permanently? No one answers the phone. Their voice mail won't allow me to leave a message.

Dr. Metz’s office did not provide my mom’s lab results even though my mom called and left messages more than once. Also Dr. Metz did not address the liver issue that she was referred for.

It took 4 months to get a "consultation" which was a phone call with a nurse who asked the EXACT same question that were asked when I registered for the "consultation". Then the nurse's assistant called letting me know they were running early and needed to call me right away. I explained that I was with people and asked if there were going to be any personal or sensitive questions asked as I was not alone. i was assured there was not.
