I normally dont write negitive reviews but I feel this one is well deserved. My husband and I came out to diner Fathers day evening. We arrived roughly around 6 and the place was not very busy. We sat at the bar and where greeted by a bubblely very kind bartender. She quickly got our drinks and offered us menus. It soon became very busy. From what we could see there where 3 waitreess and the bartender on. Then appeared what at first we thought to be the manager however found out it was the owner. This woman was very rude. I will never visit this establishment again, after years of supporting the local business on Fathers day my son and his 2 two-year-old twin boys are asked to leave the restaurant because they are disturbing other customers. This from the owner of the restaurant. We were never even asked if we were done eating. Hindsight I wish I had not agreed to pay the bill but I did and I gave my typical 20% tip because after all it was not the waitresses fault.
The restaurant is really bad. It is known by locals as having really bad service! The food is actually good, but the waitresses are BAD! Golf is great, restaurant is bad.

My family and I recently visited the Island View for Sunday brunch. We were less then thrilled with the food options, I personally tried the eggs benedict- nothing was appetizing about the uncoiled white portion of the egg and the over done yellow middle. Also on my plate were tasteless sausages, cold quiche, and over salted hash brown squares. Needless to say I was very underwhelmed by the selection.
