Both of my dogs we treated here the care and attention to detail is excellent. We had an emergency after hours and they would accommodate and take care of my dogs. I would definitely recommend taking you pets here.
This morning I called Island Vet, they were incredibly nice on the phone. My rabbit had a swelled eye. They allowed me to bring him in, every staff member was very pleasant. They examined my boy, I left with some eye drops and they clipped his nails. An overall exceptional experience. Well done team!!
So happy with our new vet! It's a treat to have one close to home. Our vet is so kind, knowledgeable and skilled! Unka was very comfortable (which is rare for her with strangers!)

We brought our declining senior retired service dog in to be put to rest on a Monday March 2nd 2026 luckily, they complied and didn't give us a hard time. though our appointment was for 3:30pm we didn't see the vet assistant until 4pm after the assessment he asked if we wanted more time and we told him no we want to just do this now as we have spent plenty of time dwelling on the decision.
