My puppy just had her 1st appt. The staff were all so sweet and kind to Isla and to me.
They are excellent and the hospitality was amazing.
My senior dog had been declining for a couple months. He had developed a cough along with other classic signs of heart failure, he had arthritis, and cataracts amongst other issues that go with old age. On a monday afternoon he started to act confused and having trouble with standing on his hind legs. I listened to his heart and could hear it beating irregular. How absolutely heartless these people are, I brought a senior dog that was suffering with no quality of life left and instead of helping me put him down in peace they forced me to spend $700 on tests I didn't want just to refuse in the end for no reason. He can't walk and or eat or drink and he's been throwing up blood but now I get to watch him suffer and die slowly are you kidding? Shame on these people shame on them.
