Great location! The support staff and Vets were wonderful and compassionate.
They were all so very friendly.
Our Alaskan Malamute has had ongoing and severe skin issues. Over numerous visits, the typical treatment approach remained the same: rounds of antibiotics, steroids, and medicated baths. Despite repeated appointments, no long-term solution was offered, and the underlying issue remained unresolved. Staff even began to make light-hearted comments about how often we were there, which felt dismissive over time. Eventually, we saw a newly graduated doctor.
