Horrible company full of scammers. Very desorganize. We bought a package and they put us on a awful hotel and they just said they will refund of $60 bucks , we still waiting.

After I payed, I could not get a response vis email or voicemails to my vacation request. I picked a date following their rules of 60 days in advance only to be ignored.
Overall I can say this company came through for me. I had a small situation with reservations and had to switch locations, and was finalized successfully without a problem. I do want to say is that Cameron who was the contracted agent on this package he is amazing. When I had the reservations situation he made sure followed up with me and reservations to make sure things was on track. Cameron is very professional, follows up on everything, and is a hell of a sales agent. Can sell moon shine to the moon lol..... Good business... read more
Not sure what others are talking about, not rude at all very professional, got what I wanted and had a blast with the family for the 298 package. If you want a refund on something you shouldn't have bought it to begin with in my opinion. Will def use them again when covid is under control.
