I called this office to schedule an appt and was left on hold for 10min- when I called back from being on hold so long the lady was very RUDE but my son needed to see someone ASAP so I made the appt. After arriving the entire staff was nasty and rude- they speak down to people. They also told me that if I didnt pay they could not see my son (mind you I have insurance) I went ahead and paid because you do anything for your kids.
