Never on time. Supervisors hang up on you and act like I don't pay their salaries as a taxpayer of island county.
Drivers aim to please. They communicate well with each other and other transit companies
They will pass you at a bus stop and not send you a van even when your late for work. Happened 5 times. Would give 0 stars if i could.
Love island transit usually, some drivers not so much, but today I had a bus skip the library, the LAST rt for the night going to my house, the bus didn't even come into the library parking lot. I was out 5 min before it left the station so there was no way I missed it. So glad my step dad had the night off and could come pick me up. Please find which driver it was and do something.
