I used to come here for basic maintenance like oil changes, coolant replacements. This time however I decided to replace brake pads in my daughter's Mazda due to significant milage and some error messages on display in hope to be serviced by professionals. Dropping off my car at 9 am I received it only at noon of the next day! I have been with Toyota service for over a year but there were certain things I did not understand, thank God now that I do.
