I saved up for months to get a nice place on the beach. My wife is handicap and has to use a cane or a walker to even walk and get around so it was nice to get a place on the beach. The room was amazing and the view was the best but how we was treated wasn’t that great. Well on the first night we was made to park across the street in a dirty parking lot bc my truck couldn’t fit on the top levels. Only small vehicles was allowed on the 2nd floor. My most disappointing trip to Gulf Shores AL!! I have traveled every Summer with my grandchildren since 1999!! The Island Towers has. the worst parking garage I’ve ever seen! Not enough parking for large vehicles and not enough supervision to make sure smaller cars are on second deck where stated to park. The Security service, which I found out was not a part of the rental condo service!! The security is a scam, more interested in giving valuations. While the views are great, the guidelines for this place are outrageous. Parking is horrific I and elevator waits are awful. They don't require wrist bands or any type of other measures for being inside their facility but by gosh your parking pass better be posted front and center or you'll be booted! No "security" for people coming into the pool from off the street but don't worry there's "security" for cars who's tags aren't hanging from the mirror and are sitting on the dash instead!
