I’m not a fan. I was gifted a membership at this establishment, however it’s unfortunately been a waste of time. I can honestly say the one time I was able to get serviced I was very pleased, but ever since then I haven’t been able to get my car washed at all. I have tried to come by multiple times during business hours with either the door closed or no one showing up with the machinery shut down. I dont do car wash subscriptions, but this place changed my mind. Haven't seen any other place provide the service, care, and quality that these people do at any of the local competing businesses. After testing out 5 different providers, and Im use to detailing my own vehicle at least once a week, their prices and wash quality beats everyone else. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE ..we had a monthly detailed/car wash for 2 vehicles with this car wash. We were customers with them for over 3 years. We were with them with the other car wash (further down university blvd). On Thursday April 16 I took my 2021 Honda Pilot thru the car wash.
