I would NOT recommend Island Time Beach Rentals to anyone. Bad experience for our party.

Our company strives to provide the best vacation experience for each guest. In this instance, the guest damaged a new side by side refrigerator in this house. This particular owner just spent over $200,000 in upgrades to make this a stealer property for guest. We are obligated to make all repairs for each property . Sometimes unfortunate accidents happen but things still have to be fixed. The damage deposit did not cover the replacement of the refrigerator, therefore, We; as the management company have to pay the difference.... read more
