These people were nice and friendly up to the time we went to pick up the tile we ordered. When we inspected the tile, it was the wrong color. It wasn't their fault the boxes were marked correctly. We think the manufacturer labeled the boxes wrong. The manager tried to tell us that there was variation in the manufacturing process. This is glass tile. There shouldn't be that much variation.
