The entire staff is amazing, and going to them with dogs who are afraid of the vet has been a whole new experience, and it's taken a huge weight off. During our most recent visit, Diana was like our personal nurse. She was so friendly, thorough, and thoughtful. She made me feel like we were at an Airbnb or spa with the best host... above and beyond! She doted on my dog, was so kind to him and answered all of my questions before I had to ask. It made a stressful day a lot better. Highly recommend!
I brought my dog to this clinic to address a seasonal allergy affecting one of his toes on his front paw. The vet techs were helpful, kind and compassionate but when it came time to go over the final costs of the check up they tried to charge me over $700 dollars 😳 to address a seasonal allergy🤯 I managed to get the bill down to just over $400 which is still outrageous for what it was for.
