So I joined the most expensive level 1 membership at the end of January. At that point in time I paid a start up fee and the rest of the fee for the month of January. As the months went by my account was charged the first of every month for that month. I was told that after 3 months you can cancel AT ANY TIME. By April I was ready to stop tanning. At which point I had already paid for the month of April. So I went in to cancel and was told it was cancelled. Now it is May and my account has been charged yet again. Apparently ... read more

My experiance with Ilsand Tan was not great at all. They do this system where you havd to become a member to tan, and then they make it impossible to stop tanning when you want to take a break from it. I sent a request to have my account frozen durring a month that i was home and they still charged my account. I called mulitple times and I talked to a very ignorant lady who told me that I would not be able to get a refund even though i followed their procedure of freezing my account.
