I highly recommend Island Tailgate and I look forward to using them in the future. I still can't believe that they have a bus that leaves from Exit 63 LIE-Incredible! When we arrived, the bus was waiting at 7 AM and left promptly just like they said at 7:30. We stopped at Mulcahy's to meet another bus and got to Met Life at about 9:30 AM. Within minutes of arriving the grills were out, the coolers (filled with soda and water and ice) were out and the heroes were out. The food was Excellent and constantly replenished. The bus left the Suffolk pick up late, when we arrived at Mulcahys I was told to move to a different bus. The seats were turn, there was no leg room. We were promised a 3 hour tailgate, but we arrived over an hour late. We were promised soft drinks and water, non was offered at all on a close to 90 degree day. On the ride back, when we arrived at Mulcahys the bus to Suffolk had already left, we needed our driver to call the Suffolk driver to come back to bring us back, there were more than 10 people who could have been left ... read more

This was simply the worst choice around. Food sucks. Busses suck. The drivers are god awful. 5.5 hours to come home. Unacceptable.

Responding to owners comment - No it was a review of your company. Instead of downplaying someone’s criticism, be a responsible business owner and take it with a grain of a salt and move on. Perhaps keep it in mind or don’t. I won’t be using your service so it doesn’t matter to me, but responding in the manner you did shows nothing but utter immaturity and irresponsibility towards your business.
