Purchased HydroMax 85 Auto-Regen DE Filter system for total price 899.00. Received it late last year. I paid electrican to hook up this spring, pump is bad. Sent emails requesting my money back or replacement system. No response. Have called them, and still no response.
I used their white glove installation service for a new pool liner I bought from them. They installed it poorly and left a gap under the return where the pool is exposed to the water (i.e. no liner). So far they have been totally unhelpful and tell me I have to drain the pool for them to stretch the liner in place. No apology, no offer to pay for my water and chemicals and an attitude that "mistakes happen". Never use them for installations. Never, never, never.
