Gary the owner is a very great guy, very personable and easy to get along with. At first, the tile work was great and all was smooth. Almost a year later from the initial tile installation the grout is continuing to come out in pieces. I reached out to Gary to see what we could do to resolve the issue to prevent further damage. He said he was sick and would get back to me on a date and time he could come repair it. I gave it a week and reached out again with no response.
