I am agast at the lack of concern and willingness to help me. On Sept 17th at my appointment with Dr Billow I was told to come back in 4 to 6 weeks to discuss what to do about my continuing back pain. I The receptionist said the earliest appointment is January 21st which is 4 months in the future. I also asked Dr Billow if I could see his partner if there is an earlier appointment available and he said yes BUT the receptionist said no when I asked to see Dr Billow's partner.
