I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. The office staff and the dentist both seemed too busy to properly care for existing patients. Communication was poor, and it often felt like I was waiting in the exam room for hours while the dentist jumped from patient to patient, coming in and out without really taking the time to complete a proper exam. I don't believe anyone looks forward to a dental appointment, but Island Smiles makes the experience as painless as possible. Dr. Stanley provides honest, quality care, and will take time to answer all your questions. The office is well run, and everyone working there is super nice and professional. Special shout out to Lexi for her integrity and customer service! ... I can recommend Island Smiles without hesitation.

Visit dentist a couple of months ago, now there's a problem and would like to get another appointment. Called and called, left several messages, no return call, no one answers the phone. How do they stay in business. Looks like our family will be looking elsewhere in for a dependable dentist.

Even after my wife telling them there was nothing wrong with her crown, and that a previous dentist had told her it could not be redone if something did go wrong, multiple times the dentist tried to get her to "fix" her crown. It wasn't broken and there was no pain. He said it looked a little crooked and he could fix.... multiple times! She finally said yes, he tried to "fix" an unbroken tooth and could not. He had to pull. We are furious and will never return. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Yesterday my wife tried to reschedule my step- sons appointment for a later date since he was in school. She called this office 3 times, all 3 times she was placed on hold without asking if it was okay. She waited over 20 minutes and got a call back from an Akasha who told her that she missed her appt. My wife told her no, I tried calling your office and was placed on hold 3 times. She asked to reschedule and my wife requested to reschedule with the office manager instead.
