Food wasn't cooked to order. Slow to get seated. Forgot to bring drinks out.
The Hollandaise sauce tasted as if it were filled with longing like the chef really long to one day taste hollandaise sauce. The waffle tasted as if it had been to boot camp for how tough it was and then to top off the experience 1008 staffs child was running wild through the establishment throwing a bouncy ball which hit several people in the head and landed in my food at one point.
Good - hash browns were probably the best I’ve ever had. Coffee was okay, and eggs Benedict were well made. They tried their best with the staff they had, plus it was one of the only places to get food at that time/day. Bad - not the best cleaning. Dishes (forks, cups, etc.) were pretty nasty with leftover food. My wife ordered the huevos rancho and it was delicious until she lifted the tortilla and a spider crawled out. And the bathrooms… holy cow… all types of things in there.
I seriously cannot comprehend how you can serve burnt pancakes!
