I asked if a piece of jewelry would tarnish because I was genuinely concerned about the quality of the piece. Somehow that simple question turned into a defensive explanation and a jewelry lesson I never asked for. LOL. If answering a customer’s question is that difficult, maybe selling jewelry isn’t the business for you. Lost a sale over a question that required a two-word answer.
Visited a few stores in Galveston looking for a special gift for a friend. Hit the jackpot with this store! It seems that this store has something for everyone - expensive and inexpensive items. Found the perfect gift and owner and his dog were helpful! 😉 Will return.

We visit every time we are in Galveston. The owner is always extremely nice and has great stories to tell. His prices are reasonable and the selection is large. With the price of silver nowadays he’s very fair.
I’m really sad to post a terrible review. My daughter purchased Sterling hoops. The price tag said $75.00. The owner charged her $120.00. She is young and didn’t quite understand why. The owner should have made sure the price increase was approved by my husband or myself. I feel like he ripped her off because she was young(13). I really don’t think it was fair.
