Ordered a Cavity Slider pocket door and nothing about my experience went well. They ordered the wrong frame and I had to take it back. Got my new frame and when I went to install the hardware for the track it was wrong. When I asked if they could overnight the parts, because I had drywall installers waiting on this one part to finish their job, they more or less told me to pound sand. We had 6 windows and a sliding glass door replaced. I was so impressed with the installation technicians, Jeremy and Gavin. They were efficient, respectful, and all around pleasant. They were in my home for 2 days straight during my kids' spring break, while I worked from home, not to mention the 3 pets I have. They were kind and patient to the whole family. The final product is beautiful, and we couldn't be more happy. Would give 10 stars if possible!
After 3 months of calling and leaving messages trying to have $15,000 worth of custom doors made I finally get ahold of someone who told me they would forward my information to a sales person who would call me later in the day. End of day and no call. Back to calling and calling and calling and no answer. Now it's crunch time. Still no response so I did what I had to do.
