My husband and I have visited before and had a positive experience, but this visit was disappointing. This is the first time at Island Salt & Spa. The reception area was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The moment I met Effie (massage therapist) she made me feel like i have known her for years. Super jolly and sweet personality. She continuously checked in with me throughout my treatment. Nina did wonders for my tight hips back and neck, for my deep tissue massage. Feel like a new person. Would highly recommend nina she is strong sensitive and really knows the spots that need attention! Best massage I’ve had in ages. Sadly I’m leaving this area so am unable to return for another session 😑 Nina thank you so very much !

First time here and not sure if I would return. Arrived early for my appointment as request and was brought back late, I didn’t feel like my timing of my service matched up. Additionally, sound proofing in service rooms is horrible. I constantly heard loud conversations during my entire service and stomping, constant door opening.
