Shawn was very responsive and thorough, I contacted him from out of state with short notice to ask if he could inspect a 5th wheel I was considdering buying in MD. He was able to shift his busy schedule to accommodate me as I was driving 7hrs for the camper. HIGHLY RECOMMEND his services,
Our camper refrigerator failed and was under warranty with Norcold. Shawn handled all the warranty paperwork for us. He came in a timely fashion and did excellent work. We would definitely recommend him and call his service for all our Rv repairs in the future
Very impressed with the service received. We were able to get in the same day we called for the repair. We arranged a place to meet and he showed up promptly and did a great job. Will definitely use the service again if we have the need.
