Our Fridge was not staying cold. We had extended warranty They took care of everything all we did was pay them the deductible. The fridge got a new cooling unit and is working great, ice cream is hard as a rock ! They are awesome Highly recommended
Jesse was awesome! Scheduled me for the following day, was on time, knowledgeable and fixed our problem!!!!! I will definitely be a return customer if I ever have any future rv problems!!!!
I wanted to work with this company as they were highly recommended. I called at 9AM and left a detailed voicemail. I received and auto text and also replied to that. I didn't hear back from anyone all day and ultimately went with another company. I'm not giving one star, as I didn't actually see their quality of work and I don't want to hurt a small business but their system to get services doesn't work.
Mr Jessie was very nice came when I called was very polite and his prices are very reasonable compared to everyone else’s. he knew exactly what he was doing. make sure everything was working before he left. kept me informed of everything that he was doing. Also sent me photos when he was finished. Very pleased with his work will be happy to call him again, if I need assistance in this again, I will also recommend them to anyone else that has a Travel Trailer
Jesse arrived exactly on time when promised. The repair was completed quickly and professionally. Also, he worked with the manufacturer during a lengthy process to get warranty replacement authorization. I was very pleased to hire Jesse and would recommend him to anyone needing RV repairs.
