Jesse arrived exactly on time when promised. The repair was completed quickly and professionally. Also, he worked with the manufacturer during a lengthy process to get warranty replacement authorization. I was very pleased to hire Jesse and would recommend him to anyone needing RV repairs.
Jesse replaced a valve stem for me. He did a great job and was very knowledgeable. He took the time to check out another issue i was having also. I thought his pricing was reasonable and I would definitely recommend him.
I was in a horrible bind due to my own fault and Jesse made an effort to accommodate me even though he was backed up. That alone should tell you something. I messed up my living room slide out and he got straight to work and after struggling on his back in 90+ degree heat, he got it straightened out. Mr Jessie was very nice came when I called was very polite and his prices are very reasonable compared to everyone else’s. he knew exactly what he was doing. make sure everything was working before he left. kept me informed of everything that he was doing. Also sent me photos when he was finished. Very pleased with his work will be happy to call him again, if I need assistance in this again, I will also recommend them to anyone else that has a Travel Trailer
