Trailer was waiting for us at our campsite at Nanaimo lakes. Everything worked well and it was a really enjoyable experience. Work commitments kept us from picking up and dropping off so the extra fee for that was well worth it! Would definitely use this service again. Thank you
We have rented in August 2024 for a very fair price. The camper van was just as published, we didn't missed and item throughout the rental it was fully equipped. We got the necessary instructions and where able to enjoy our trip without problems. Beside a great rental van I really want to mention their staff! Very nice people not only the way they received us but also did I left a bag behind with all my documents, money etc. And as I was already on the ferry to the mainland they made the effort to bring my bag down to the po... read more

We booked an RV for a camping trip near Nanaimo. Our whole experience with Island RV was excellent - they communicated with us quickly and clearly after the booking, and checked in closer to the camping date for more details they needed. The guy who delivered the RV was super friendly, and got it all set up for us right where we wanted it. The RV was clean and comfortable. We're already making plans to book with this company again next year!
We had the Forest RiverRVdropped off for 5 days at a festival. Excellent condition and *incredible* service. Our campsite wasn't as expected and the driver dropping it off was incredibly patient and professional as we spent 45 minutes trying to come up with another location. I absolutely will rent from here again. So grateful for this excellent service!
