Rented a trailer from Island RV again this past summer. They placed it in our spot at Rathtrevor Park and it was ready when we got up from Victoria. It's been a busy summer and I don't think we could have made it camping if I was organizing a tenting trip.
I rented an RV from this company for Labour Day weekend. The entire booking, pickup, and drop off process went very well and the RV was perfect. The rates were reasonable. The RV was well appointed, and the people I spoke with and met at their yard, were excellent. This is a small company, but a company that provides the personal touch. I will rent from Island RV again.
Our family had a fantastic experience with Island RV during a week-long vacation at Riverside Resort in Qualicum Beach. As inexperienced, first-time RV users, we were impressed by the easy, hassle-free drop-off, hook-up and pick-up of the RV we rented. Island RV Rental's Scott Slater was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of our questions. He took the time to position the trailer perfectly so we could maximize our space.
Hands down the best choice for trailer and RV rentals. I have used Island RV 5 or 6 times now and every single time, whatever unit I am in is spotless, well cared for, and feels like a home away from home. The staff is awesome as well, especially Scott - so helpful and polite. And I can't say enough good thing about the owner, Dave. He's responsive, courteous, and always has a solution for me. I will never go elsewhere for my rental needs and you shouldn't either.
Super big thank you to Max and Scott - they got us set up quickly and successfully with the North Trail for us to take to tofino for the week. They were very knowledgeable, super friendly, and helped with a few modifications for towing. Drop off was a breeze. We will be back next year!
