I have a Single Family Attached home that Island roofing replaced the tile roof on my neighbor’s side. Everything was good for a year or so. Then I noticed a mark on the ceiling, and confirmed there was a leak. The attic’s ceiling water trail was slimy, which indicated that it had been leaking for a while. Called Island Roofing for a quote. They were quick to respond. The office staff was wonderful, had the pleasure of working with Garrett. The two young men that did the job were great. We were more than pleased. No more Raindrops falling on our heads! Highly recommend Island Roofing!
Not a good experience with these people. I guess I have a new roof, but was painful getting there. Maybe it was just my project manager, seemed like she chose the wrong career. Like a lot of people we lost half our roof to the hurricane so we had a couple tarps on there. One came loose so I had 4 nails holding it in the facia. So you think they would pull them out right?
