Wonderful experience! I had to move my drop off time and they were very accommodating. In fact, the owner himself came and delivered our cart. The cart was very clean, battery was charged and staff was very friendly. Will definitely be using Island Rides again next time we’re in town. Thank you for a GREAT experience!
Terrible customer service. Did not tell us that the cart had been dropped off. Did not tell us how to operate it. Expected $100 for a charging fee after telling us we didn't have to pay it because the hotel they made angry by just dropping it off in their lot wouldn't let us charge it.
The BEST experience with Island Rides! It was the highlight of our girls trip. Can not wait to rent one again. Highly recommend for any occasion :)
The entire experience was great. The cart was waiting for us in the driveway when we checked into the house and they came and got it at the end of our stay. Nice, clean golf cart.
Great cart and customer service, they delivered on time with excellent communications. Highly recommend renting from Island Rides.
