The music Christine played in our last class was AWSOME! I am loving Tracy's FitBench class this month. Classes start out with new moves at the beginning of the month. It allows you to not only master the move but also to add weight as your proficiency and strength increase. Every month I feel like I make fitness progress. I've been a worker outer for years and I still get so much out of these functional fitness classes.

Sunday's class had the best energy and Autumn the instructor was outstanding and fun! Highly recommend if you’re visiting or live here to come take a spin or fit bench class. Look forward to the new studio soon!

Autumn and her team of fabulous instructors Traci, Kim, Rob, Christine, Jen Jen and her husband Brody makes you look forward to coming to class. The energy there is positive and you feels tired but fantastic at the same time.

Friendly instructor and riders. Clean equipment in good working order. Class started and ended on time. Easy access and parking. I’ll be back often.
