Autumn and her team of fabulous instructors Traci, Kim, Rob, Christine, Jen Jen and her husband Brody makes you look forward to coming to class. The energy there is positive and you feels tired but fantastic at the same time.
Friendly instructor and riders. Clean equipment in good working order. Class started and ended on time. Easy access and parking. I’ll be back often.
Small studio feel with 11 bikes. Autumn was our instructor and had great energy! It was our first time but everyone made us feel welcomed!
Love the energy, the people and the fantastic workout at Island Ride! The best!!
