Took my two teen daughters here to get their nose/navel pierced. They were very nervous but Rosemary was amazing with making them feel at ease. She is the absolute best!!! They loved her
I had the worst experience here this evening. I’m usually not one to walk out over a rude employee, but tonight it was necessary to take my business elsewhere. The woman working was extremely rude and began pushing us toward the door at 8:40 p.m., even though the posted hours (and the website) say the store closes at 9:00 p.m. She told us they “close the doors at 8:50” so she can count the drawer and leave by 9:00.
