I’m disappointed with my experience booking with Isla-SPI Rentals. My Airbnb reservation was canceled by the host shortly before my stay, with the explanation that their calendar and rates had not been updated. While I understand that mistakes can happen, this reflects a lack of proper management and reliability, especially when guests are depending on confirmed bookings for travel plans.
