I placed an online order. Two hours later get an email order ready for pick up. Went to Massapequa store to pick up. Gave order info to sales clown. He disappears. After waiting for 15 minutes I ask another sales clown to find out whats happening - where did the first clown go, what's happening with my part. He comes back and says they don't have part.
