Great House! Even better location. Naughty Cal by Nature was the perfect setting for our quiet Thanksgiving week at Topsail. it is well appointed(needs a broom and glasses in the kitchen though)comfortable and Island Real Estate was great to deal with. Upon entry we booked again for next year. Cant wait! Karen
The week of October 18th was our 8 week since 2021 renting Snug Harbor, so that alone should speak for itself. The location is just perfect, besides the beautiful ocean at your back door, you can walk to anywhere you need to go in Surf City. Lisa and Island Real Estate is a great company to work with and any little issues that ever come up are always quickly taken care of. Oh, and did I mention the views?
It was a wonderful week! This was our first visit to Topsail Island but it will not be our last. We have booked again for next year.
Our stay this year at Piece of Mine was less than stellar as we had to leave early because of a roach issue in the house. Our 2 week vacation was ruined-something we’d been looking forward to for a year. We were offered another place to stay but it wasn’t oceanfront and just making sure we weren’t carrying roaches with us was a job within itself. Washing and drying all clothes, trying to make sure our luggage was clean and just packing in general so we decided if we had to pack up we would just go home. Spent all that day do... read more
