Great House! Even better location. Naughty Cal by Nature was the perfect setting for our quiet Thanksgiving week at Topsail. it is well appointed(needs a broom in the kitchen though)comfortable and Island Real Estate was great to deal with. Upon entry we booked again for next year. Cant wait! Karen

14 yrs of coming to Topsail this is the worst house we have ever rented. If I was Island Real Estate I would not even have this house as an option. From what I understand the owner is trying to sell this house and you couldn't give it to me free. They have done no upkeep on this house at all. When we first got there the commode in the half bath was running so we had to call the office first thing because it had to be fixed (which I think the cleaning people should have noticed that and had it fixed before we got there).
