I am very upset to see dr Ahmed's staff today. My appointment was at 11.00 AM & i was there at 10.45 to do paperwork if needed so it can save the doctor's time. I checked inn, no one guide me what to do next then I keep on waiting an hour. At 11.45 i asked the front desk what's going on my appointment was at 11.00 he says I can't do anything you still wait for the assessment before going to the dr. I had the worst experience at Dr. Ahmad's office. A few days ago, I went to see Dr. Ahmed for the first time. My appointment was at 6pm and I was not seen until almost 9pm. I was the last person to be called to the office. When Dr. Ahmad finally called me, without greeting me, he pointed to his office. Repeatedly, he kept making hand signals pointed to his office without saying a word and without saying hello or apologizing for the long wait. I had a fantastic experience at Island Sleep Study Centre. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The facility is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made the entire sleep study process smooth and stress-free.
