I had a very disappointing experience with this plumber. There was no transparency on pricing upfront, and I was never informed of a $300/hour rate. After a relatively minor repair, I received a $900 bill, which was shocking. As a homeowner for over 14 years, this is by far the most excessive invoice I’ve encountered for this type of work. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using this service confirm pricing in writing beforehand to avoid a similar situation.
