I made such a mistake choosing Island Printer in Hilton Head to make my business cards. They were very expensive and pre-charged me without showing me a tangible sample. When my order finally arrived after waiting 2 weeks, the cards looked awful. The colors and text were so faint that they weren't ledgible. I told the 2 ladies that run the shop that I couldn't use the cards and asked if they could reprint them (without charging me). They told me that was not possible and would not refund my money. After a difficult encounter with the local Staples print center, we visitors the Island Printer with a business critical print job. They could not have been friendlier or more helpful. They not only did a FANTASTIC job with the project, they went out of their way to make this stressful situation a great interaction!!!! My only regret was going to Staples first…..

Julie and Dante were both amazing to work with! They went above and beyond to help me out with an emergency print job. Can’t say enough how much I appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Would recommend Island Printer to anyone!!
