This is the absolute worst print shop. I used this print shop for my wedding in August of 2025 and my bridesmaids had to DRAW on parts of my wedding programs that were not adequately printed. I KNOW what this print shop did. They turned down the transparency on the page so it did not print correctly and they save ink. I read another review here which was very similar to my experience. After not answering to make corrections after SEVERAL ATTEMPTS the owner offered a $75 credit WHICH WAS NEVER POSTED TO MY CREDIT CARD!!! Buye... read more

I made such a mistake choosing Island Printer in Hilton Head to make my business cards. They were very expensive and pre-charged me without showing me a tangible sample. When my order finally arrived after waiting 2 weeks, the cards looked awful. The colors and text were so faint that they weren't ledgible. I told the 2 ladies that run the shop that I couldn't use the cards and asked if they could reprint them (without charging me). They told me that was not possible and would not refund my money.
