Most horrible experience ever we had booked them for our weeding months ahead we live 4 hours away from them my husband called in June to ask if we could go do a walkthrough ( mind we have already had booked) when he was told boat isn’t in the water and is being repaired to which if we wouldn’t have called we would have never known she proceeded to say it would be ready in July. Je suis vraiment très fâché de cette compagnie!! Franchement aucune excuse ni compensation rien !!! il me reste 2 jours et je vai envoyer tout ça et d'autre photos en lien avec cette agression sur les réseaux sociaux que les prochains pasager save a quoi s'attendre du guests service ! Innaceptable
We went a year ago. Our bedding was dirty (recent yellow stain and dried blood) when we arrived, and we should have turned our steward in, but we're nice people so we just had him change it. The ship was boring, food was OK, we only had hot water for 6 out of 20 days even though we complained. They offered us $50 off our next cruise for compensation. We're done with Princess.
Or first time but not our last. Crew was all friendly and service was top notch! Great thing to do with out of town guests. We can’t wait to try their dinner cruise into Jupiter!
An excellent experience. The boat was clean and the crew were friendly and courteous. We had about 22 people in our group and everyone said they do it again.
