This pool company offer great timely service especially for AIR BB owners. They give me peace of mind by not only making it to service right before every booking but also send a detailed report and pictures after the servicing is complete. Highly Highly recommend for business or personal use.
I had been out of town for a few days and when I came back, my pool was totally green and the CYA was very high. I took a sample in and immediately Kriss came out that day, diagnosed the problem and got it turned around within 24 hours. I went back into the store and got some extra chemicals to have on hand, and Karen was friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to call them with any pool problems at all!
We love JK Pools. They service a hot tub for us. They go out of their way to provide great service. I cannot recommend them enough. They include a picture after every service which allows us to make sure that guests are taking care of the hot tub.
