The pool and beach area are wonderful - clean, well maintained, and a genuinely nice place for families to spend the day. Unfortunately, the kayak-rental experience was very disappointing because of the manager on duty at the rental cabin. It was difficult to hear the staff through the service window, and because the cabin door was open, I briefly stepped inside to clarify the kayak-rental details.
