I brought my youngest son to Island Podiatry for toenail removal. Met my husband at the clinic and I left to pick up my eldest son from school. When I returned to the clinic to be with my son ( I want to be with him to comfort him even though it is just minor operation) the receptionist won't let me in the room. She told me that I need to be in there before the operation and I cannot join in because I am late. I am very disappointed. Not even one star!!! Not very polite AT ALL!! RUDE RUDE RUDE! >>> I was 3 minutes late...3 minutes (due to road construction...not my fault)! But by the time the receptionist was off the phone it was 7 minutes past my appt. Then I was lied to about her emailing paperwork to me the day before (no paperwork ever received) then she sarcastically said she had never even heard of an email like that before (it was ymail...which is yahoo). I tried to make an appointment this afternoon. 10/19/15. The scheduler put me on HOLD then when she finally got back to me, she was VERY "flaky"... Mumbling to herself, etc.. Told me that she would call me back,,, did not! I KNOW that this is Monday.. I am a retired RN. I understand MONDAY'S.. believe me. I need an appointment with Dr. Blau!! Will try again tomorrow. If no results, will put in a formal comlaint,
