This review is not about the work done but about the hourly billing for diagnostic. There are other reviews questioning the hourly diagnostic review as well. It sounds like they do good work but the diagnostic billing may need to be tracked in case you are overcharged. We had a tech go out and per the person on site they were there for 30 minutes and for that 30 minutes they were on the phone for a good chunk of the time. Top Notch!!! Jack and Terrance with Island Plumbing provided timely, detailed, courtious, and professional service. The otherwise messy job area was left in a clean state upon completion of their work (Thank you!!!). Also, Island Plumbing worked me into their schedule on short notice to help minimize the impact to my business. Enthusiastically recommend for all your plumbing needs!!!
Cole and Jack were the best. They arrived very promptly and figured out what needed to be done. They secured the parts and quickly resolved the water leak. They left the plumbing under the sink better than what they found it and I am sure will be good for many years to come. These guys are top notch!!!!
