Was visiting from out of town & dog developed ear infection. Called another Vet (Austin Vet) who had no openings but KINDLY suggested this pet hospital when h explained my dog’s health issue that arose. When attempting to make contact, Island Pet doesn’t even answer their phones but will TEXT back. Maybe their phone lines are down but never visited ANY type of dr, human or vet, that communicates through a text! They are RUDE & difficult when only trying to make communication!
