I just called and asked for a quote that was $6,500 for the full day! In a polite tone, I had said I had much lower offers (more as a curtesy to let them know what the market was for same vehicle) and the person operating the phone HUNG UP ON ME! I was Quoted between $1,200 and $2,000 for the full day to drive us from Hilton Head to Charlette for a Panthers game. My husband and I were just driving home from work and one of your buses was driving over the cross-island swerving into the middle lane making it impossible to pass. We kept honking but the driver seemed oblivious to the fact that she was literally driving in the middle of the road. After unsafely trying to pass her we called your office and some woman answered rudely and basically told us that all they are going to do is take a message? I wish I could give Island Nightmare Bus ZERO stars! From the moment they arrived to pick us up it was horrible. To start the bus was so hot I would have rather walked to Savannah! When we sought out help from the staff they were unpleasant and combative about the AC not working. Save your money and take a van to your destination, the condition/ accommodations that this bus had were practically the same.

I am truly appalled by our experience with Island Party Bus. I do not understand how a company can have such poor professionalism including both employees and ownership. If you are looking to waste $800 for a lousy 0% party bus with no air conditioning, broken light fixtures, horrible customer service, and rude hosts this bus is for you!
