I would not recommend this company. Island Party Boat only received one star due to there being no option for 0 stars. I chartered a boat with this company for my birthday. Communication was poor and only got worse leading up to and during my event on August 23rd. Emails and calls often went unanswered, and when I finally did reach staff, I was met with attitude and contradictory information. I have booked with Island Party boat multiple summers in a row for our annual company party. Outstanding service all around, from the sales team (ask for Rachel- she listens, great communication and has excellent knowledge of the business) the staff and captains are fun and professional. I can’t recommend this company enough!
