We had such a lovely time plying the Chicago River from the lakefront to the edges of Chinatown. I especially liked Miss Kat, she was so welcoming and friendly, as were all the crew.
We rented the entire boat for a big birthday celebration. Everyone on staff were VERY nice. We did purchase the drink package. We brought lots of food. The captian was great and making sure we weren't getting splashed by other boats. The boat staff on the top gave us interesting facts about Chicago as we went along. We stopped for a little swim and LOVED It - kids and grown ups alike. Yes, it isn't cheap, but completely worth it for a few hrs of fun! THANK YOU!

I would not recommend this company. Island Party Boat only received one star due to there being no option for 0 stars. I chartered a boat with this company for my birthday. Communication was poor and only got worse leading up to and during my event on August 23rd. Emails and calls often went unanswered, and when I finally did reach staff, I was met with attitude and contradictory information.
