Steve, Cj and the guys at the shop were able to get me in and out same day. Everyone was very personable. They let me stop in to show me what was going on with my vehicle. Not many shops do that nowadays.
The final cost ended up being higher than I expected, and the overall experience felt stressful. There were moments during my visit that felt unprofessional, including visible frustration from staff and an apology from another employee for how the interaction was handled. I did get my car back and the work was completed, but based on my experience, I would not return or recommend this shop.
Excellent service from start to finish. The staff was friendly, honest, and explained everything clearly without any pressure. The work was done on time, priced fairly (worked with me and gave plenty discounts), and my vehicle drives great. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but this shop absolutely earned my confidence. Highly recommend!
