In 2017 the product and service at Island Orthotics was exemplary! 5 plus stars! Not today in 2021 unfortunately. Calling puts you through to their head office off Island which is not helpful so I asked for their email which is the best way to contact them. The receptionist is very friendly and good to respond by email. One star for him :) March 24, 2021, I went in to order new orthotics as my old ones were worn down and my feet were getting sore.
